At the 1st All Hands Meeting for 2023, members of the MPT South Management took time to provide business updates for the employees and at the same time to call for action. Mr. Raul Ignacio’s powerful message is to go back to the basics. He requested everyone’s contribution in achieving the Company’s revenue targets through the completion of toll road projects, implementation of operational movements, implementation of toll rate adjustments, and improvement of cost structure. He highlighted the importance of changing mindset and orientation, reinforcing resources, and changing organization and procedures in project management. He also placed spotlight in ensuring project delivery through the ROW requirement and long-term partnership with vendors and contractors.

We hope that everyone who heard the inspiring messages and the call to action would always remember: “We do not wait for things to happen. Rather, we make them happen” (quote from Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Emir of Dubai, and Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates).
