The MPT South celebrated its first face-to-face Christmas Party last December 12, 2022, at The Monochrome in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The party was themed the Rhythm of the Night, where each division dressed in the ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, and 2000s attire. The party was hosted by Mr. Mark Averilla, also known as “Macoy Dubs” who added fun to the party.







The event began with a Christmas message from MPT South’s President and General Manager, Mr. Raul L. Ignacio, expressing his wishes for everyone to continue to live out the spirit of gratitude and to be grounded on our values and principles.




Our MPTC CEO and President, Mr. Rodrigo E. Franco, also filled the night with his message and appreciation to all the employees of MPT South.
The event was made lively by the participation of employees in the “Guess the Tune” and “Spot Dance” games. Employees showed competitiveness and enjoyment in joining these games. Raffle cash prizes were also won by more than 300 employees with 3 lucky employees who won the grand and major raffle prizes.



Employees identified to display INNOVATION, CUSTOMER FOCUS, AGILITY, RESPONSIVENESS, EXCELLENCE, our ICARE VALUES, our WHOwaran Annual Awardees received recognition and appreciation thru an awarding ceremony where they were accompanied by their nominator and division heads. The certificate of recognition and token of appreciation was of our Annual Awardees were awarded by Ms. Lea M. Wong, Sr. Vice President of HRAD, Ms. Elnora D. Rumawak, Vice President of the Finance Management Division, and Mr. Raul L. Ignacio, President and General Manager of MPT South.







Glammed in their 70s and 80s look, the Mr. and Ms. Retro Night 2022 was awarded to Atty. Marcial Bernales Jr. of Legal Services (Male – First Runner Up), Ms. Sharmain E. Binarao of Operations Management (Female – First Runner Up), Atty. Patrick F. Ebid of Legal Services (Mr. Retro Night 2022) and Atty. Danna Laura S. Zerrudo of Legal Services (Ms. Retro Night 2022).



And the most awaited New Hire Performance which has been a tradition of MPT South since then was participated by three groups coming from Support group, the Operations group, and the TDE Project group. Creativity and talent were shown by all the groups, but only one group impressed our judges. The grand prize was awarded to the TDE Project Group as the winner of this year’s New Hire Performance Contest.


MPT South employees fully enjoyed the rhythm of the night as the band Act 7 sang their best pieces. Employees from different divisions joined the dance floor, lined up, dancing and singing to the music that reminisces the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s era. It is truly a night to remember for MPT South!
