Why is gratitude the best virtue?

Specifically, it acts as a moral barometer, drawing attention to help received; a moral motivator, encouraging a prosocial response to help; and as a moral reinforcer, where the expression of gratitude makes the benefactor more likely to provide help in the future (McCullough et al., 2001).

This tool help not only the project team but the management as well, to easily understand the factors that adds up to the project cost.

Adjilani willingly lend his hand to help me and other co-workers if we need something to be printed. Despite of his very busy schedule as a senior project engineer, he still manages to entertain our emails and personal requests happily. It may be a small gesture from him but for me, it means a lot because I know that he is really a dependable co-worker. It is just one of the many admirable behaviors of Engr. Adjilani as a co worker. He is really a dependable person.
