TRANSITIONS
A few weeks ago, most of us gathered in one venue and saw each other after practically two years of restricted in-person interactions. It felt good to see eyes smiling at each other. Even if our faces were covered and social distancing is still maintained, being in each other’s presence was reassuring and welcoming. We were all energized by the excitement of being in the company of our co-employees.
It was also during this year’s first All-Hands meeting that we called to action – to bring our 2022 goals to fruition. We were asked to adjust and adapt to meet new challenges with the strength of new leadership.
Turmoil in Ukraine and Russia and the 2022 National elections will bring forth many changes – to our country, to our company, and to the way we do business. Change always offers new opportunities for learning and growth. Under the able leadership of Sir Raul, our new President and GM, we can still strive to be a better organization despite so many uncertainties.
As we look back at the past two years, we should all take pride in our ability to adapt, innovate and accomplish great things despite many difficulties.
Your ManCom is confident that together, the MPTSouth organization will continue to be better, and meet every change and challenge in 2022 with able performance, creative passion, and transformative positivity.
