Last March 2021, MPTC Group started its new payroll system as part of the digitalization transformation initiative. Transitioning from more than 16 years of using the same payroll system was no easy task. Thus, the introduction of a new system requires a lot of innovation adjustments in the processes of the Payroll team. The MPTC Compensation and Benefits team worked tirelessly to serve and make way for the new system, Ramco Human Capital Management System. Let’s personally hear some of the team share how they adjusted to the innovation processes in implementing the Human Capital Management System (HCMS).
