Improved Customer Experience thru Easytrip’s new AMS

Are you a subscriber of Easytrip RFID? Have you experienced reloading your account and when passing the toll lanes, you ended up not having enough load? This scenario is one of the complaints of our customers.

We hear you! Last January 30, 2021, Easytrip’s Accounting Management System was upgraded. This new system makes reloading on a real time basis. From reloading to your favorite Easytrip’s reloading partners to the Metro Pacific Tollways’ toll lanes, your load will reflect on time as soon as you reload your account.

The Easytrip’s new account management system is one of the massive upgrade of four core systems used by MPTC group. It targets to transform customer experience by providing real time transactions from reloading their RFID accounts up to their Easytrip mobile app. This system upgrade will resolve the complaints of our users such as inaccurate balances from plazas to plazas.

From reloading of your Easytrip RFID account, your load balance will update real time when you pass by on the toll plaza’s exits. Also, your balance in your mobile account will be updated on a real time basis.

If you are interested in buying Easytrip RFID, below are the Easytrip RFID Installation Sites as of February 14, 2021. Easytrip RFID works in different Metro Pacific Tollways Expressways including NLEX, SCTEX, CAVITEX, C5 Link, and CALAX.
