Let’s hear to our joiners their hiking experience:
Tolentino, Finance
“It was a fun and exciting experience po. Nung andoon at napagod ako sabi ko 1st and last hike ko na ito pero after realizing that the view was breathtaking, I wanted to try and visit more mountains. Sa simula lang naman talaga mahirap lalo na at baguhin pero I know pag nasundan ulit ito, magiging madali nalang ang pag akyat. Thank you po sa magandang experience MPTSouth. Sa susunod po ulit 😊”
Baso, Finance
“Masaya po maam, kahit na 1st time ko pong mag hike sulit yung pagod pag nasa taas na po, maganda yung view and yung mga kasama naming sobrang maalalahanin kahit na late kaming naka akyat and baba. Sana makasama pa po sa next hike.”
Saladas Jr., MPTC
“I’m an avid hiker by hobby so I got particularly excited when MPT South Hiking Club extended their invite to non-south peeps to join. The members are very welcoming and accommodating. They made sure everyone is safe, made it back in one piece and had fun. We were joined by a first-aider, experienced guides and even prepared tasty victory meals after the solid 18.5-km hike—”Mt. Marami-ng lakaran” as they call it. Hoping to participate in more fun events with the team! Thanks again for the great experience! More power!”
Francisco, MPTC
“Overall a really good experience for me.
Climb was handled well and vibe of the group was fun. Even the guides were fun to talk to.
Great opportunity to bond with people you don’t usually work with in a setting that’s non-work.
The Hiking Club was very welcoming and accommodating even if we were not from the South.
The Tinola prepared for us when we got back to the jump off point was a fitting reward. 😊
It’s really nice that our organization supports interest groups like these.
These activities give you the chance to reset and energize you for the work ahead.
Looking forward to the next climb.
I hope more people join. 😊”
Rojas, Traffic Operations
“Maganda po at kaya pala MT. Marami kasi madami lakad haha.
pero sulit po ang punta good weather din siya.
Sana po sa sunod mga 5am makapag jump off na po pa akyat ng bundok.
Mas ma inform po sana mga new joiner.”
Bustillo, Toll Operations
“Mahabang lakaran, nakakapagod pero di parin matatawaran yung experience na mapuntahan ang ilang magagandang lugar tulad ng Mt. Marami.
After that hike I decided to give myself some time, appreciate small things at kalimutan ng maikling panahon ang stress.
Thank you MPTSouth. Looking forward sa mas maraming activity.”
Caritativo, TMD
“Exhausting but sure it was a fulfilling one. Kudos to the first timers who finished the trail.”
Acorda, QESH
“It was a great experience, quite long walk but definitely a breath-taking view at the summit. We really enjoyed the hike specially with the new member of the hiking club. Looking forward for more hike the year.”
Aguillon, Finance
“Masaya po yung naging experience ko dito po sa 1st hike ko. Masaya po dahil yung mga naging kasama ko po dito sa hike lahat po sila matulungin at approachable lalo na po sa katulad naming mga 1st time po maghike. Nakakapagod po sya pero worth it po sya. Thank you po sa MTPSouth Hiking Club sa experienced 😊”
