The new Customer Service Centers of Manila-Cavite Toll Expressway (CAVITEX) are now ready to serve motorists 24/7!
The newly renovated 24/7 CAVITEX Customer Service Center (Manila bound) started its operations last Friday, February 18. Meanwhile, the newly constructed 24/7 CAVITEX Customer Service Center (Cavite bound) will also be offering customer service soon.
At present, both bounds offer Easytrip RFID services such as drive-thru reloading, drive-thru installation, tag and card replacement, transfer of balance, Autosweep interoperability, and other Easytrip related concerns.
On top of the improved expressway customer services, part of the CSC enhancement is the newly installed public comfort rooms that are PWD-friendly. Later this year, the Customer Service Center will also be equipped with self-service technologies such as vendo machine and Easytrip Self-Service Kiosk for quick time reloading.
The 24/7 Customer Service Centers (Manila and Cavite bound) is located at the rightmost lane before approaching CAVITEX Paranaque Toll Plaza. It is operated and manned by Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation’s (MPTC) joint venture partner Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) under its operating arm PEA Tollways Corporation (PEATC).
