MPTC held a prestigious event, Circle of Excellence at Okada Manila on August 18, 2022. The MPT South Hub LEED Project team consisting of myself- Charisse Alfaro, Marvin Del Mundo and Ervin Lloyd Pizarro received one of the MPTC’s highest award, the Living the Values Award, for our exemplary contribution in making MPT South Hub LEED Certified. Our team was nominated by the TDE Tollways Development Support (TDS) Department Head, Mr. Angelito Haleco.
With sustainability becoming a trend in the corporate world, having a proof of sustainability is something to brag about. MPT South Hub achieved the US Green Building Council’s (USGBC) LEED Gold Certification in January 2022. LEED or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is a globally recognized symbol of sustainability achievement and leadership. It provides a framework for healthy, highly efficient, and cost saving green buildings.
We were given a plaque of recognition and cash award, but the surprised message card from our love ones made this event even more memorable for us.
