Providing immediate healthcare solutions and wellness to its communities is one of the goals of Alagang MPT South Medical Mission, which is a series of a medical missions conducted for the communities of Cavitex, C5 Link, and CALAX.
During this year’s installment of the medical mission featured the standard medical services such as provision of medicines, general check ups, and pediatric check-ups. Owing to the easing of restrictions, we were also able to provide circumcision services as well as wellness services such as back massages and foot detox procedures.
The Medical Mission series was kick of on May 21, 2022 at Brgy. Aplaya, Kawit, Cavite which served 392 beneficiaries. The succeeding events for Barangay 183 Pasay City on May 28, 2022 and Barangay Tibig, Silang , Cavite on June 4, 2022 were able to reach 208 people and 375 people respectively.
For this year, MPT South Partnered with key national and local organizations to maximize the services to be offered namely with, Joint Task Force- NCR, 1st Task Brigade, 1st AFP Reserve Center, 11th CMO Battalion, San Lazaro Hospital, One Pharma Company, Inc. Camantimed’s Drugstore, and Kinamak Flame Grilled Burgers and Sausage. Also, key to the success of this activity were the volunteers from MPT South hailing from various divisions and units that lent their time, effort, and talents to serve our communities.
The program was an overall success and we are optimistic that through these, we were able to showcase the brand of care that our company is known for.
