This pandemic has made us aware of certain things in life. We have realized that as an organization we have to consider high importance things that matter, such as mental health and occupational health-related issues.

ISO 45001 is a newly established standard. It is a framework for the OH&S management system. It has been developed to improve employee safety, reduce workplace risks, and create safer working conditions. The new ISO 45001 standard implements a high-level structure, which is compatible with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The integration of these management systems adds value to the organizations and raises the health and safety bar.

ISO 45001 enables an organization to integrate worker well-being under the health and safety system. Occupational Health & Safety can be used in whole or in part to systematically improve the management system. In OH and S, the management’s commitment is central to the standard’s effectiveness and integration.
