First All Hands 2024

While the Chinese lunar new year theme set the tone for the first All-Hands of 2024, it was not the only highlight of the event. 

So, this was my second time as an HR Business Partner for South, and let me tell you, we’re all about Initiate, Elevate, and Integrate this year – fancy words for making cool stuff happen together. 

Mr. Rogelio “Babes” Singson, MPTC’s CEO and President, started us off with Opening Message. He laid out our new mission: We are committed to nation-building and bringing not, great, not amazing but good life to people.​ Emphasizing our commitment to national development and the enhancement of lives, his address set a profound tone for the year ahead. 

Then, Ms. Jennifer Cornelio, our HRBP Lead for South, dropped ICARE LEADS on us. It’s all about leadership – empowering, listening, coaching, and caring for our team’s well-being. Basically, being awesome leaders. 

And hey, we did not forget to give props to our peeps who’ve been rocking it with us for five years because happy employees are the backbone of our awesomeness! 

But let’s not get too serious. All Hands is also about bringing the party to work, right? Beyond formalities, All Hands serves as a platform for fostering camaraderie and empowerment. It’s where leaders disseminate crucial updates, fostering a sense of unity and purpose among our teams. Indeed, it’s a moment of integration, aligning us for the year ahead. 

The launch of IMS by Project Support Services marks a big step forward on our path to ISO certification, showing just how committed we are to Elevate! 

And lastly, some of the feedback received from all of the employees 

  • Familiarized all the Bosses and colleagues. Fun and entertaining.   
  • Good flow, appropriate updates & information. 
  • Good theme, adequate preparation and presentation of the company’s status, accomplishment and goals for 2024. 
  • Smooth flowing program. Effective cascading of relevant matters of the company. 

In summary, All Hands 2024 was not just an event; it showed our commitment to starting, improving, and working together. It’s a journey we’re on together, aiming for a better future for our company and beyond.
