The first round of Convo sa MPT South features new joiners of the Company. It was also the first time of fellow ManCom members, Atty. Cris Funelas, Vice President for Legal Services, and Mr. Edward Castro, Senior Project Manager for PMD C5, to join this HR event.
This is my 2nd year at MPT South and every session of Convo sa MPT South is refreshing and inspiring. New joiners asked about (1) what keeps our ManCom motivated to travel going to work in Imus, Cavite, as well as (2) inquiring what keeps them still excited at MPTC Group for years.
Convo sa MPT South is one of the HR programs that aims to build connections between our ManCom and employees in an informal environment. It is unstructured program and anyone can ask our Management questions about any topic. HR also spends time to facilitate and activity to make everyone comfortable and at ease with our Management Team Members.
