“Ang kabataan ay ang pag-asa ng ating bayan.” says our National Hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal.
A quote that emphasized the importance of molding our youth to become part of a better society.
As a new school year is about to start, another chapter of one youth’s life is about to unfold. New people, new challenges, new learnings, and new victories are a few of the things that our kids will encounter and will contribute to their growth. That is why supporting the youth in their academic endeavor is important as it is a building block towards their future.
August 11, 2023, Friday—MPT South expressed its “malasakit” towards the youths of Barangay Moonwalk, Parañaque by giving some school supplies that the students of Col. E. De Leon Elementary School could use entering this new school year that is about to begin.

Together with the support and help of its generous employees, donations from the Office of the President, headed by our beloved Raul L. Ignacio, and the efforts of Ms. Jenevile Molina, from Legal Services, headed by Atty. Joy S. Orig, Revenue Assurance headed by Ms. Jinkee P. Dalisay, Corporate Finance headed by Mr. Jason Nicholas G. Larin and Commercial Management headed by Mr. Heinz D. Orais, MPT South were able to distribute school supplies to 350 students.

Students that attended the program were also able to hear the story of Cavi and the importance of Road Safety through the Bayani Ka Storytelling session lead by Atty. Patrick Dave Ebid. MPT South also believes that students need to be equipped with knowledge about road safety and awareness while they are still young so that they will bring these lessons as they grow up and share the importance of road safety to our future generation.

Moreover, school supplies were also donated to three other schools as part of the AKO Donation Drive and Brigada Eskwela 2023. An additional 240 school supplies packs were given to Longos Elementary School, Bacoor, Southville 5 Timbao Elementary School, Biñan, and Cecilio M. Saliba Elementary School, General Trias, Cavite.
