Effective Team Management

A leadership workshop was conducted last May 17 & 18 at MPT South. This was facilitated by the Talent Development Team, headed by Gerry Espiritu. Supervisors to senior managers, this includes the recently promoted supervisors, gather together with a common goal of strengthening their team management skills. This workshop was squeezed in to a 2-day workshop and is a pre-requisite for the Performance Coaching workshop which will be on the 3^rd week of June. 

Embracing The Culture Workshop 

The ICARE values campaign does not just end with its launching. To help the individual contributors fully embody and embrace the new set core of values– Ms. Ruby Calampiano, our HR training partner, recently conducted 4 batches of Embracing the Culture Workshop. With this program, we aim to help the employees shape their work behavior in a way that shapes our desired organizational culture.
