The second of the four series LEAD talks was held last May 24, 2023 at MPTSouth Learning. It was joined by various employees from different departments who were endorsed by their Immediate Superiors. This batch’s topic was all about leading with empathy and actively coaching which was discussed by the Vice President of Operations, Ms. Estelita A. Francisco. The topics were revolving around the organization’s leadership branding which is called LEADS. The program got an average rating of 4.67 for the evaluation. Below are some of the comments. 

“Aside from the gift certificate and the card, the speaker, Ms. Ella really taught us everything she learned from being a leader.” 

“One of the most remarkable aspects of the event was the valuable insights Ma’am Ella imparted regarding her life experiences, which played a crucial role in shaping her success and current position.”

“The speaker sharing her experience and career story, it definitely inspires not just me but most of the attendees.” 

“The Activity that is memorable for me is the one where we give takeaways regarding the guest speaker.”
