Opportunities for paid healthcare are hard to come by for many financially-challenged residents in the rim of CAVITEX, CAVITEX C5 Link, and CALAX. To alleviate this, we launched our Alagang MPT South Medical Mission that has helped these communities get adequate medical consultations, select medicines, and vitamins. For 2022, our volunteers and partners attended to the medical needs of 392 children and adult residents of Brgy. Aplaya in Kawit, Cavite. Free services included circumcision, general check-up, pedia consultation, and wellness services. Though the pandemic has seriously limited medical missions like ours, we remain unwavering as we continue to work hand-in-hand with partners to extend medical help to more of our communities.
