In the absence of a process and system to monitor budget and cost, Blanch, who is not part of Fleet Management, helped ease the internal process of Fleet Management by introducing excel templates with ready formulas. Thus, the gathering of data and segregation of cost against budget was made easier with the new system.
Fleet Management was able to reduce its processing time and extraction of needed data for monthly reports.
On top of this contribution to Fleet Management, Blanch supports the mechanical requirements of the MPT South Hub.
