The Q3 LEAD Talks for the year 2022 took place last September 22, with our very own President/ General Manager, Mr. Raul L. Ignacio. This was a first to both the employees and Mr. RLI.
Lead Talks has been an opportunity for employees to get to know and be inspired by our Leaders. With the number of questions being asked to Mr. Raul, he did not miss a single item. He answered every question genuinely. Leaving the notes of work-life balance and prioritizing family, participants all shared their key takeaways during the session. It was indeed a meaningful conversation with our new President.
